Odour Control Systems
Odours from Sewerage Pumping Stations, Sewage Treatment Plants and Wastewater Treatment Plants mainly derive from sulphur compounds, ammonia and volatile organic compounds. Effective odour control can reduce odour-induced pollution in the air or in wastewater. In addition, odour control can track environmental events and provide proactive odour management. Odour Control Units makes Sewerage Pumping Station, Sewerage Treatment Plant, Wastewater Plants more acceptable places for staff to work in and more pleasant for those who live close by. Penstock Installation
Sea Rock has sound experience in installing penstocks that are suitable for a wide variety of applications including high water heads, special mounting requirements (e.g. sidewall fixing) and curved invert sections to suit sewer locations. We are familiar with the installation of Isolating, modulating, wall mounted, channel or weir type, manual or motor operated, rising or non-rising spindle On or Off-seating type Penstocks. All penstock installations are carried out safely with site specific method and risk assessments tailored around each installation. Our skilled site teams can install all types of penstock. Site Services for Penstocks include: Surveys of faulty or existing penstocks, Supply and installation of new penstocks, replacement of parts including spindles, nuts, actuators, Removal of old defective penstocks. We have installed penstocks in Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants, Sewerage Treatment Plants, Industrial Effluent Plants, Storm Water Pumping Stations and Sewerage Pumping Stations. All our engineers are confined space trained and have years of technical knowledge in installing flow control.

Water Reservoir Piping
